Nokia 2720 Flip has two separate screens. The external screen lets you see messages or check who is calling, before flipping it open to the big main screen. When you’re finished, simply flip it closed to hang up. It’s made of tough polycarbonate that’s strong enough to handle the knocks of everyday life. Awarded by Hannover-based iF International Forum Design GmbH, Nokia 2720 Flip was recently selected as a winner of the iF DESIGN AWARD, the world-renowned design prize.
Enhanced Accessibility
Nokia 2720 Flip comes with big buttons for effortless dialing and messaging. With simple to use features, such as big buttons and text, it’s familiar and reliable to help you stay connected to friends and family. You can also choose large text, making it easy to read messages. Enhanced accessibility features include hearing aid compatibility, real-time text (RTT), and a programmable dedicated side button to quickly dial a loved one in case of emergency.
Safety and Peace of Mind
If the unexpected happens, Nokia 2720 Flip emergency button could bring peace of mind. Pressing the button sends an emergency text message, including the current location, and calls five emergency contacts in the address book. Once the emergency button is pushed it will ring the five chosen contacts in the address book one by one, on loudspeaker, until it makes a connection to an emergency contact. For additional assurances ICE (In Case of Emergency), gives first responders access to important contact and medical information faster.
Connectivity and Apps
Stay connected with 4G and Facebook apps. Essential apps, such as Facebook, come preloaded to help you stay in touch with friends and family. Plus, share your Internet connection with friends, family or even your own tablet, so you can browse on a bigger screen when you want to. You can also download other useful apps and games from the app store.
Battery Performance
Nokia 2720 Flip provides up to 28 days of standby time from a single charge, giving you more opportunities to get in touch with friends and family. The battery for this device can be found under the packaging divider and will need to be inserted into the product and charged before powering on.
