How to Install & Use Simple Launcher (Windows)

This is a guide on how to install Simple Launcher to view Agents and mobile devices for remote access and control from PC. Note: RemoteView User Console page is no longer available. Please refer to the provided instructions for remote control.

Installation Procedures

To begin the setup, follow these steps to proceed with the installation of [Simple View] or [Default View] modes:

Click Install Simple Launcher, then open the installer file and proceed with the installation.
Click and run the exe. file from your download location.
Close the “Installation has completed” message once the process finishes.

Troubleshooting Installation Failures

If the installation fails, try installing Simple Launcher with administrator privileges by following these instructions:

Go to the RemoteView website (www.rview.com).
Install Simple Launcher again, but this time right-click on the installer and select Run as administrator to initiate the installation with administrator privileges.
